How does annual billing work and what does it save?

Annual billing is paid upfront for twelve months and is 20% less than the monthly rate on all three plans. Starter runs at $31.20 per month on annual billing. Growth runs at $55.20 per month. Scale runs at $79.20 per month. Monthly billing is available on all plans with no commitment required.

What happens when Phase 3 capabilities become available on the Scale plan?

Phase 3 capabilities — SEEK, Catho, InfoJobs, LGPD, and Australian Privacy Act coverage — activate when the Phase 3 milestone is reached and are included in the Scale plan at no additional charge. Scale plan customers pay $99 per month now and receive those capabilities when they go live without any plan change or price increase.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth after I start?

Yes, at any time. Moving from Starter to Growth or Growth to Scale takes effect immediately. If you are on annual billing, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading is available at the end of a billing period.
