A Message from Our Managing Director

Hi, I'm Gourav Soni, Managing Director & Co-Founder of Excruit.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of organisations, helping them embrace technology, build stronger teams, and solve complex business challenges. One thing became increasingly clear: almost every industry has transformed through digital innovation, yet recruitment is still largely dependent on outdated processes, disconnected systems, and manual effort.

That realization became the foundation of Excruit.

We didn't set out to build another Applicant Tracking System or another recruitment platform. We set out to rethink how hiring should work in a world powered by artificial intelligence, automation, and connected experiences.

Our vision is to build the world's first AI Recruitment Network ecosystem where employers, recruiters, candidates, educational institutions, workforce partners, and public hiring touchpoints work together through one intelligent platform.

What If Recruitment Wasn't Software,
But a Connected Network?

The recruitment industry has invested heavily in technology over the past two decades: Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment CRMs, Job Boards, Interview Platforms, Assessment Tools, and AI Screening. Each innovation solved a specific problem but hiring itself remained fragmented.

Recruiters still move between multiple systems. Candidates still struggle to discover opportunities. Employers still spend enormous amounts of time searching for qualified talent.

We asked a different question: What if recruitment wasn't a collection of software? What if it was a connected network?

That idea became Excruit. Today we're building a platform where employers, recruiters, educational institutions, staffing agencies, governments, AI, and physical hiring stations work together as one intelligent ecosystem.
